Happy Holidays geeks and comic nerds around the oblate spheroid!! After taking a week off for moving back home from college, we are here just in time before the new year for our 33rd episode. On this episode, we review each of our gifts that we got for each other individually, then go over some of this week’s and last week’s incoming trades. This will include reviews of The Sandman Vol 1.,  Gotham Central, and Cat Getting Out of a Bag and Other Observations!! Plus, we go over what we got/did over the holiday, and one of us has a “Bitches A Lot” segment, but it’s not who you think it is! To conclude our special event, we go over Brian Wood and Riccardo Burchielli’s DMZ, a shocking post-9/11 fictional piece with some of the heaviest material yet, not to mention some heavy critique from us! Plus, we give quick reviews of some of this year’s new hit games; including Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2, Dissidia: Final Fantasy, Scribblenauts, and a second look at Batman: Arkham Asylum! Can you believe it? The Podcast has reached its 20th episode and going strong! On this special episode, the boys are at odds when their opinions and debates over Mark Waid and Alex Ross’s Elseworld’s epic, Kingdom Come, clash! Also, the recent purchase of Marvel by Disney is looked at half-full AND half-empty. Not to mention the news flash from Alex about the fate of  the super male-bonding trade series, Marvel Bromance! Masterpiece Comic-Book Theatre delivers its newest installment from Dan Slott’s She-Hulk!

BUT WAIT! We also got to talk to both Dennis Calero, artist for such great books as X-Men Noir and Sliders, and Jordan D White, assistant editor at Marvel Comics on The Incredible Hercules (not to mention the brains behind Age of the Sentry!). Also, special guest Audrey gives us a review of her expedition to Comic-Con 09′ while the boys try to hold back their tears and envy. There will also be more attacks on Jeff Loeb (but respect given to Batman Hush), Alex confesses a dream involving Adam West, a quick shout-out to the hit manga One Piece, and the boys praise/rant about their zany weeks (which will include injuries, encounters, and,you guessed it, comics!)
