dmz_1024x7681

Welcome to Part 2 of our special comic-book topic of Journalism in Comic Books! To conclude our special event, we go over Brian Wood and Riccardo Burchielli’s DMZ, a shocking post-9/11 fictional piece with some of the heaviest material yet, not to mention some heavy critique from us! Plus, we give quick reviews of some of this year’s new hit games; including Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2, Dissidia: Final Fantasy, Scribblenauts, and a second look at Batman: Arkham Asylum! There will be laughs, insensitive jokes, cranky podcasters, memorable buffoonery, and much much more this week on the Mild-Mannered Podcast!

This week’s installment of Masterpiece Comic-Book Theatre also contributes to Journalism by revisiting Superman: The Amazing Transformations of Jimmy Olsen, with Alex himself reprising the title role! Enjoy!
